Born in Athens, GA he was the son of the late James Lenard Baker and Willis Runell Casper Baker and brother to the late Michelle Dills. Survivors one brother Freddie (Andrea) Baker of Lexington and nephews and nieces: Matthew (Jeannie) Baker, Brent (Ansley) Baker, Kristen (Cody) Hall, Lovic Smith, Ryan Baker, Cody (Peyton) Dills, Chelsea Dills (Paul Villanueva) and fifteen great nephews and nieces.
