James Edward Weaver, Jr., 66, died January 27, 2024.
A native of Barnesville, GA, he was a son of the late Ida Stephens and James Edward Weaver.
Mr. Weaver retired from Law Enforcement having served the communities of Elbert County and Mt. City. He was an avid outdoorsman and especially enjoyed fishing and hunting in the North Georgia mountains.
No services are planned at this time.
Survivors include two sons, two sisters, three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Lord and Stephens Funeral Home, EAST, is in charge of arrangements.
