James Wesley Piper, 64, of Stephens, passed away on January 12, 2019. He was born April 8, 1954, to James Walter Piper and Victoria May Wise Piper, both of whom preceded him in death.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Ann Piper, three brothers, two sisters, and eight children: four girls and four boys. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Lord and Stephens, East is in charge of arrangements.
