James Wesley Hutchison

James Wesley Hutchison, born March 30, 1946, passed away peacefully on September 2, 2026. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

James proudly served several years in the United States Marine Corps, achieving the rank of Sergeant. His years of military service reflected his strength, dedication, and commitment to serving his country.

Above all, James cherished his family. He loved spending time with those closest to him and treasured the memories made together. His love and presence will continue to live on through the many lives he touched.

James is survived by his sons, James Hutchison Jr. and Terrance Hutchison; daughter, Christie Hutchison; daughter-in-law, Jackie Brady; sisters, Yvonne Mincey and Helen Hamilton; brothers, Horace Hutchison and Danny Hutchison; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Jack Hutchison, sister, Linda Hutchison and his granddaughter, Kimberly Franklin.

Though James is no longer with us, his memory will remain in the hearts of his family and loved ones. His love for his family, his service to his country, and the memories he created will never be forgotten.

A graveside service for Mr. Hutchison will be held Saturday, September 5, 2026,[i] at 10:00 A.M at Barrow Memorial Gardens in Winder Georgia.
