Jacqueline T. Mahaffey was born on November 1, 1944 to the late Lee Thomas and Mattie Lou Thomas.

Jacqueline leaves to cherish her loving memories to a devoted husband, Herman Mahaffey, Jr. of Athens, GA; six sons, Robert, Carey, Gregory, David, Curtis and Nicholas Mahaffey; five daughters, Angela, Patricia, Christine, Katrina and Priscilla Mahaffey; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
