Jackie Lee Armor

Jackie Lee Armor, 67, of Athens, GA died on January 30, 2023. Born on May 16, 1956, she was the daughter of the late James Eddie & Annette Edwards Sorrow of Athens GA.

Jackie was also preceded in death by Brother, Farris Wayne Sorrow, Sister, Kathy Sorrow Bishop.

Survivors include her Husband James “Mark” Armor; Son, Shannon W. Lee of Colbert, ga.; Daughter, Elizabeth Joy Lee Chastain of Eastanollee, GA; Brothers, Richard Andrew Sorrow, Samuel David Sorrow; Sister, Tracey Elaine (Sorrow) Jordan; SIL Samantha W Clark(Richard) of Danielsville, GA; BIL, Charles Armor (Donna) of Colbert, GA, Frank E Wade Danielsville, GA and a host of nieces and nephews.

Jackie was a loving wife, mother, sister and friend. She worked at Congra Foods (Pilgrim’s Pride) for a number of years. She enjoyed working in her yard and caring for her family & pets. She also an enjoyed thrifting/yard selling with friends.

A memorial Service will be held at a later date.
