Isabel Carolynn Hernandez

Isabel Carolynn Hernandez was born on December 14, 2010, in Bayshore, NY. She passed away on February 4, 2026. She was a long term survivor of Trisomy 13 and blessed her family with 15 amazing years. Isabel was loved by many and will be missed deeply. She is survived by her parents, Israel Hernandez and Vanessa Hernandez. Isabel had siblings who include Demarco Hernandez, Kylee Greengrass, Rafael Hernandez, Brooklyn Hernandez, Israel Demetrius Hernandez, Stephanie Calle, Jasmine Velez, and Israel Hernandez, Jr. Her maternal grandfather, Fred Tocci, also survives her. Isabel had many aunts, uncles, and cousins who cared for her very much. Isabel was proceeded in death by her brother Tyler Richard Tocci. A Celebration of Life for Isabel will be held on February 14, 2026, starting at 11:00 AM at Lord & Stephens Funeral Homes Athens, located at 4355 Lexington Road, Athens, GA 30605.
