Harold Wayne Brown

Harold Wayne Brown, 77, of Eastville, Ga, passed away on September 7, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Annie Ruth Brown and siblings Rosemary Brown Mauldin and Gerald L. Brown. He is survived by his nieces Sharron Gunter, Diane Craft, Brandi Brown, Mandy Moreira and Haley Brown as well as great nieces and nephews. 

 Harold was a veteran of the Vietnam War, serving in the US Army, with an honorable discharge. After his time in the military, he worked many years at Fisher Stoves in Watkinsville and later retired from Publix. He played banjo and guitar and loved old bluegrass and country music. He was an avid reader with history and westerns being his favorite. 

A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 7, 2024 at 3pm at Oconee Memorial Park.
