Bogart - Greg Thornton, 42, died Sunday, August 19, 2007 at Grady Memorial Hospital.
Born in Athens, he was the son of Roger and Sherry Watson Thornton.
In addition to his parents, Greg is survived by his brother: Eric Thornton of Bogart; sisters: Stacey Thornton of Bogart and Jennifer Thornton Haley of Bogart; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held, Wednesday, August 22, 2007 at 2PM at Lord & Stephens West Chapel with Rev. James J. McDonald officiating. Visitation will be held tonight from 6 to 8PM at the funeral home.
Flowers will be accepted.
Lord & Stephens, WEST, is in charge of arrangements.
