Gloria Jean Self

Gloria Jean Self, 77, of Rutledge, GA, died February 16, 2021. Born in Monroe, LA, she was the daughter of the late Herbert Eugene Parrott and Vida Lee Roberson Parrott.  She worked as a Secretary and Teacher at Bible Apostolic for more than 25 years and was a long-time member of Healing Place Church. Survivors include her children: David Self, Angela Self, Leah Fortner, Jonathan Self and Jehu Self; siblings: Lanny Parrott, Lee Parrott and Terry Dance; 18 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.  Graveside services will be held Saturday, February 20, 2021 at 2PM at Good Hope Christian Church Cemetery.
