Gary Ray Cook, 50, died Sunday, April 19, 2009, at his residence.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, April 21, 2009, at Lord & Stephens East Chapel. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, April 20, 2009, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Colbert Cemetery.
Lord & Stephens EAST is in charge of arrangements.
