Gail A. Harrison

Gail Adicks Harrison, 73, passed away July 2, 2025, after an extended illness.

Born in Valdosta, GA on May 6, 1952, Gail was the daughter of the late Gene and Helen Adicks of Jasper, FL. She was also preceded in death by her husband of thirty-eight years, Jack Harrison and her brother, Mike Adicks. Gail grew up in Jasper, but lived most of her life in Valdosta where she was a schoolteacher for many years. In 2019 she moved to Watkinsville, GA to live with her daughter and son-in-law.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, July 19, 2025, at 11:00AM at Evergreen Cemetery in Jasper with Rev. Martha Aenchbacher of Tucker officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the graveside service.

Survivors include a daughter, Nicole (Chad) Rupert of Watkinsville; three grandchildren, Nick (Samantha) Rupert of Tucker, Janie (Dalton) McMillan of Athens and Jackson Rupert of Watkinsville; great-granddaughter, Zimley McMillan; several relatives in the Chattanooga, Tn area; and additional extended family members in Valdosta and the North Florida area.
