Fred E. Swajger Jr

Crawford - Fred E. Swajger, Jr., 78, husband of Jean Cooper Swajger, died Tuesday, July 26, 2005 at his residence.
Born in Carlstadt, NJ, he was the son of the late Fred E. and Harriet Swajger. He served his country in the US Navy during WWII and retired after 20 years of service. He attended Crawford Baptist Church and was a member of Oglethorpe Masonic Lodge.
Survivors include his wife, daughters and sons in law, Janet Sue and Hank Armstrong of Virginia Beech, VA, Sherry Lee and Mike Tyndell of Crawford, son, Scott Douglas Swajger of Woodbridge, VA, brother and his wife, Roger and Alice Swajger of Wayne NJ, six grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
Services will be held, Saturday, July 30, 2005 at 1PM at Lord & Stephens, EAST with Rev. David Shiver officiating. Visitation will be held Friday, July 29, 2005 from 7 to 9 at the funeral home. Entombment will be held at Athens Memory Gardens.
Memorial may be made to Crawford Baptist Church Building Fund.
