Athens - Frances Virginia Murphy, 94, died Sunday, November 22, 2009, at Arbor Terrace in Athens, Ga. Frances was born in Marshall, Mo., and has live in Athens for 20 years. Survivors include her husband, Earl K. Murphy; daughter and son-in-law, Mary and Ron Carlson; grandson and wife, Mike and Elizabeth Carlson; grandson and wife, Andy and Joy Carlson, and great-grandchildren, Marika, Michael, Christopher and Nathaniel.
