Eva Jane Stephenson

Eva Jane Stephenson, 84, passed away peacefully at her home on November 22, 2024. She was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the daughter of the late Phillip H. Rickman and Lena Swaim Rickman. She is survived by her loving husband, James A. “Jim” Stephenson, their three children: Cheryl Wunsch, Susan (Rafe) Magar and Jim (Susan Lisa) Stephenson, five grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren. Eva and Jim first met during their high school typing class at College High School in Bartlesville, Oklahoma and were high school sweethearts. They were married for 65 wonderful years and built a happy life together. Eva was known for her beautiful smile, kind heart, and loving nature. Eva and Jim shared many hobbies and most of all, enjoyed spending time together with their family. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at 2PM at Athens Memory Gardens with Rev. Dick Hoard officiating.
