Eula Jean Parker

Eula Jean Parker, 86, wife of the late Charles W. Parker, died Friday, January 12, 2018. Born in Hilliard, FL, she was the daughter of the late Alvin Leggett and Ethel Lockwood. Mrs. Parker was the first instructor at the Athens University of Cosmetology and had attended Cornerstone Church. She is survived by three sons: Charles Huckabay of Colbert, Terry Wolford of Winterville, Scot Wolford of Athens; step son: Mike Parker of Bishop; sister: Evelyn Lord of Jacksonville, FL, eight grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 4 until 6 at the funeral home on Sunday, January 14, 2018. Lord & Stephens East is in charge of arrangements.
