Elizabeth Teresa Moore, age 68, of Watkinsville, Georgia, passed away on December 3, 2025. Born on January 29, 1957, Teresa led a life marked by her unwavering kindness, dedication to service, and deep love for her family and friends.

Teresa spent the earlier part of her career as a Licensed Practical Nurse at St. Mary’s Hospital in Athens, Georgia, and also contributed her skills to various nursing homes throughout the area in the 1980s. She later took on the role of Office Manager and partner alongside her husband, Terry Moore, in their joint venture, Royal Automotive, which they owned from 1992 to 2008. Most recently, she worked for the Oconee County School System as a Special Needs Bus Monitor, a position she held from 2015 until her passing, where her strong compassion for her students shone through as she cherished each child on her bus.

Teresa is remembered for the profound love she shared with her husband, Terry, whom she married in 1992. Together, they created a beautiful life filled with joy, including shared adventures to the beach and dining at local restaurants. Their love for each other resonated deeply in their lives together.

She was also a devoted mother to her son, Phillip Faulkner, who, along with his wife Jill, gifted her with two cherished grandchildren, Branson and Collins Faulkner. Each goodbye was punctuated with warmth as she expressed her love, saying, “Gram loves you very much,” leaving a lasting imprint on their hearts. Teresa's love extended beyond her family; she held a special place in her heart for animals, adopting a dog named Snickers and doting on her granddog Sassy.

A woman of vibrant spirit, Teresa adored the color purple, even painting her house in its hues, inside and out. She was a dedicated attendee of Bible studies, eager to share her faith with her “Ladies” every Sunday night and Monday morning, embodying a life of devotion to the Lord. The holidays brought her immense joy, particularly Halloween—where she would decorate extensively and greet children with candy—and Christmas, for which she meticulously decorated every room of her home, celebrating the season with snowmen and Christmas villages as a tribute to the birth of Christ.

Teresa is survived by her loving husband, Terry Moore; her son, Phillip Faulkner; her daughter-in-law, Jill Faulkner; and her grandchildren, Branson and Collins Faulkner. She is also mourned by her siblings: Jo Ann Perez, and her husband Leonard; Denise Howington, and her late husband Greg; Alan Lee, his wife Kathleen Lee; and Greg Martin and his wife Connie Martin; Brother- David Martin. Teresa was preceded in death by her brother Jeffery Martin as well as her parents Betty Martin and Joe Lee, and her grandmother Catherine Tanner; and several Nieces and Nephews.
