Dora Mae Bell

Dora Mae Bell, 91 of Carlton, GA passed away on March 29, 2023. She was the daughter of the late, Melco & Azalee Kidd; also preceded in death by her husband, James “Shorty” Bell and also preceded by her brother, Rufus Kidd.

Funeral services are on April 2, 2023, at 2:00 PM Sunday at Lord & Stephens Funeral Home, Danielsville Chapel with Rev. Derek Paul officiating. The family will visit at the funeral home Saturday, April 1, 2023, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The entombment will be in Carlton cemetery.

Survivors include daughters, Sara (Larry) Bridges and Faye (Buddy) Tucker all of Carlton, GA; sister, Betty Drake and a brother, William Kidd; grandchildren, Lisa (Gary) Abercrombie, Sonya (Phil) Davis, Rita (Steven) Bell and Marty (Mia) Tucker; great-grandchildren and Honorary Pallbearers, Morgan Bell, Garrett Abercrombie, Jacob Bell, Daniel Bell, Max Tucker, Miles Tucker.

Pallbearers are Marty Tucker, Gary Abercrombie, Steven Bell, Roger Parham, Wade Damron, Bill Simmons and Phil Davis.  Flowers are accepted.
