Donald Parker

Donald C. Parker, 80, of Danielsville passed away on Wednesday, July 20, 2016. Donald worked as an electrician for Gamewell. He later maintained a service station for several years in Dedham, Massachusetts with his son David. He retired as an assembly line worker from Mitsubishi. Donald was a member of Wesley Chapel Community Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marie Doiron Parker. Survivors include his children: Donald (Jane) Parker Jr. of Franklin, Massachusetts; John Parker of Ila; Jimmy (Ponda) Parker of Ila; Joan Frazier of Franklin Springs; David (Tracy) Parker of Ila; and Lynn (Kelly) Pugh of Ila. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren. A visitation will be held from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Friday, July 22 at the Danielsville Chapel of Lord and Stephens Funeral Home. A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 23, at Wesley Chapel Community Church. Lord and Stephens Danielsville is in charge of arrangements.
