Deborah Ann Phillips, 63, died August 14, 2013.A native of Fulton County, GA, she was a daughter of the late John and Norma Haney Lanier. Funeral services will be Saturday, August 17, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Kirk Family Cemetery. Survivors include her husband, Grover Lee Phillips, Jr., a daughter, Melissa (Greg) Heath; stepson, Steven Phillips; son, Edward (Melanie) Wilson; brother, Billy (Denise) Rabon; six grandchildren; one great grandchild. Flowers are optional. Memorials may be made to Kirk Family Cemetery Fund, c/o Roger Kirk, 1829 James Spring Road, Danielsville, GA 30633. Lord and Stephens, Danielsville, is in charge of arrangements
