David Stanley Harris, Jr., 78, died April 7, 2005.
Born in Greensboro, NC, he was the son of the late David Stanley, Sr. and Viola Rice Harris. Mr. Harris was a graduate of Tech High School and was retired from Georgia State Patrol with 30 years of service. He was a Mason and member of Green Acres Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be Saturday, April 9, 2005 at 2:00 PM at Green Acres Baptist Church with Rev. Tim Vaughn officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Park.
Survivors include his wife, Patsy Harris; daughters, Sheila (Keith) Boyd, Susan (Ham) Prince, Sherry (Tim) Duckett and Sandra (Alan) Hudson and 13 grandchildren.
Flowers are optional. Memorials may be made to Green Acres Baptist Church.
Lord and Stephens, EAST, is in charge of arrangements.
