David C. deLoache

David Corey deLoache, 48, of Bishop, GA died on February 14, 2026. The son of the late Robert Lee deLoache, III and still living Robey Perkerson deLoache.

David Corey deLoache is survived by his sons Carter Grant deLoache and Walker Bowen deLoache, as well as his mother Robey Perkerson deLoache and his sister Cara deLoache Wilson and nephew Thomas Gage Wilson and niece Drew Blakely Wilson.

David Corey deLoache was born in Atlanta, GA, but grew up the majority of his life in Macon, GA. He was a graduate of First Presbyterian Day School in 1996 followed by a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from University of Georgia in 2001. He then moved to Bishop, GA where he lived out the rest of his life. 

David loved to be outside and spending time in nature hiking and camping. He loved to travel and explore new places around the world. He loved playing and watching sports with his sons and watching sporting events. He loved woodworking and making bowls and all kinds of wood related things with different species of wood.

He was a businessman, who loved marketing and business development which played a key role in the success of his business. David had a true heart for giving to many foundations. To name a few close to his heart, No Longer Bound, and The Sparrows Nest.

In accordance with the wishes of David, he will be cremated with memorial services to be held on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at Lord and Stephens West Chapel in Watkinsville. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 3:00 on February 26, 2026 followed by service at 3:00.
