Daniel "Dan" Scott Temples

Daniel “Dan” Temples, 61 passed way on October 19, 2022 in the woods doing what he loved best. Dan was born on April 22, 1961 in Knoxville, Tennessee. He was the son of John and Louise Temples.

A Memorial Service will be held Sunday, October 23, 2022 at 3:00 PM at the chapel of Lord and Stephens, WEST, Watkinsville. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 3:00 PM at the funeral home.

Dan is survived by wife Mia Wright Temples; son Cole Temples; daughter Erin Temples; and siblings John Temples, Ann Temples Lindsey, and Edward Temples.

Dan was the most loving husband, father, family member, and friend. Dan grew up in Georgia and attended the University of Georgia. He was a diehard Georgia fan. Dan was an avid outdoorsman. You could find him hunting, fishing, playing his bass guitar, or watching re-runs of Georgia games. He will be missed by many.
