Daniel T. Johnson

Dan was an only child and was born and raised in Elberton, GA. Dan loved the Lord and his family dearly. When his son Shane was born the love and devotion for him was a million fold.
Dan’s passion included cars, trucks and especially motorcycles . He proudly owned and rode a Harley Davidson Road King. This truly was his prize possession. He enjoyed many bike rallies with his wife, Sheila. Dan ran and owned his own business and was an extremely talented contractor, custom furniture designer and builder. His innate talent also included extensive remodeling jobs in Athens, Elberton, Greensboro, Atlanta and surrounding areas. While working with a client in Elberton, he met his wife, Sheila. She was an interior designer for the same client. They collaborated on many other jobs together and eventually married. They were married for 23 years. Dan will forever be missed and always be remembered by his wife, son, grandchildren, family and his cats, George (they were devoted to each other), Spanky and Olivia. He had the most amazing deep voice, southern drawl and beautiful head of hair which matched his beautiful personality.
