Curtis E. Fraser, Jr., 61, of Gainesville, GA, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, July 28 in Gainesville, GA. Curtis E. Fraser, Jr. was the son of Curtis E. Fraser Sr. and Priscilla Hobbs Fraser of Saint Simons Island, GA. Curt was born in Macon, GA on July 17, 1963.

Curt graduated from Cedar Shoals High School in Athens, Georgia in 1981. He earned a degree in Economics from The University of Georgia. He worked in Outside Sales and transitioned to a Purchasing Agent for Ryerson for 9 years. He then became employed at AGCO as Global Strategic Commodity Manager for the past 16 years. He was involved in his family, community sports coaching, and enjoyed golf, social gatherings, Braves Baseball and The Georgia Bulldogs.

He loved to organize industry golf and social events for his company and suppliers that brought together fellowship and lifelong memories. Curt was passionate about Andrea, his high school sweetheart and wife of 38 years. He loved spending time with his 3 sons, 2 grandsons and family where he enjoyed grilling, telling stories and watching sports.

At AGCO he achieved the Million Dollar Savings Award in 2019 and was awarded the Top Producer Award in 2020 in Procurement.

Curt is preceded in death by his grandparents: Marian L. Fraser and Annie Maude Fraser of Macon, GA. Also, Jacob B. Hobbs and Faye Hobbs Tobin of Albany, GA; and his favorite Uncle Jerry A. Hobbs.

Curt is survived by his wife, Andrea L. Fraser of Gainesville, GA. Children: Andrew Curtis (Drew) Fraser and spouse Amber Fraser and son Isaiah Hendon; Curtis Jacob (Jake) Fraser; and Kane Harrison McCallum Fraser, and spouse Lorelei Fraser and son McCallum Fraser. Sister, Kimberly Fraser Mathis of St. Simons Island, GA. Children: Jeffrey J. Mathis and Katelyn A. Mathis.

A Celebration of Life for family and friends will be held 4 - 9 PM on August 24th, 2024 at The 1904 Building, 9924 Davis St., Braselton, GA 30517. Cards and Condolences can be sent to: 2641 Waters Edge Drive, Gainesville GA 30504.
