Coyal Strickland

Hull, GA - Coyal Strickland, 94, died Thursday, December 20, 2012. Mr. Strickland was the son of the late Clemon and Texie Mae Hill Strickland and was widowed by his wife Ruth Baxter Strickland. Mr. Strickland was a farmer and was a machine operator with Oliver Rubber Co. He was a U.S.Army Veteran of WWII and was a member of Union Baptist Church.
Funeral services will held Saturday, December 22, 2012 at 11:00am at Brown Chapel, Danielsville. Rev. Billy Owensby will officiate. Burial will follow in the Union Baptist Church Cemetery.
Survivors include children, James Strickland and Martha (Robert) Hilburn; sisters, Ann Jackson and Mary Williamson; grandchildren, Bonnie Slaney, Bert Strickland, and Danny Hilburn; 7 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.
Brown Chapel, Danielsville has charge of arrangements.
