Christopher Lee Roberson

March 27, 1965 — April 3, 2024

Christopher Lee Roberson, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, one week after his 59th birthday. 

 

Born in Avondale, he was a son of the late Walter Roberson, Jr. and Elaine Etheridge. Chris was an avid NASCAR fan and loved podcasts. He was a martial arts black belt and most importantly, he loved his family and adored his grandchildren. 

 

Survivors include his wife, Bonnie Katherine Phillips Roberson; children, Gina Roberson and Courtney Roberson; step-children, Justin Sears and Glenda Strickland; brother, Richie Roberson and grandchildren, Cayden Gomez, Ryley Roberson, Melia McDaniel, Maddie Sears, Isaac Sears, Luca Sears and Olivia Sears.

 

Memorial services will be Friday, April 12, 2024 at 2:00 pm at Lord and Stephens, Danielsville. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 1:00 pm.
