Cheryl Healy Ahern, 79, of Athens, passed away on February 20, 2024.
She was born in Manchester, NH and lived in Gwinnett County, GA for 40 years. She was active in youth soccer and worked at the Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta. She is survived by her husband Richard Ahern; sister Tara Healy; son Kenneth; daughters-in-law Victoria and Christine; and three grandchildren: Matthew, Oliver, and William. She was preceded in death by her son, Douglas Ahern.
A memorial graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 11 at Athens Memory Gardens at 11:00 a.m.
