Charles E Goss

A longtime resident of Oglethorpe County, Charles E. Goss, 83 - beloved Dad (step-dad), Papa Charles to all his grandchildren and friend to many, passed away on January 14, 2025.

Charles was born and raised in Marietta, GA as the son of the late Willie Mae Croft and Andrew Goss. He was the widower of the late Barbara Cooper Goss. 

Charles was also preceded in death by a daughter, Dorinda Hardeman and a grandson.

Private services were held.

Survivors include Children, Donna (Andy) Dawson of Winterville, Delaine (Brigham) Norman of Bogart and Joel (Michelle) Morgan of Hurdle Mills, NC; son-in-law, Ken Hardeman of Colbert, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and two surviving siblings.

Lord and Stephens Funeral Home, EAST, is in charge of arrangements.
