Celia “Fay” Meeler, 82, of Watkinsville, passed away on March 29, 2023. Born on October 26, 1940, in Athens, Georgia she was the daughter of the late Katie Mae Burkhalter Meeler and Howard Thomas Meeler and was one of eight children.
She is survived by 5 siblings; numerous nieces and nephews. Although she never had a child she was a mother to many.
A private graveside service will be held for the family.
