Albany - Cecil Frank Smith, 71, died April 27, 2009.
A native of Miller County, Ga., he was a son of the late Frank and Georgia Ann Berry Smith and the widow of Maxine Shaw Smith.
Graveside services will be Friday, May 1, 2009, at 2 p.m. at Evergreen Memorial Park.
Survivors include two children, Richard Smith of Crawford and Helena Smith of Athens; brother, John E. Smith of Albany; four sisters, Eunice Willis of St. Augustine, Helen Childe of Colquitt, Dorothy Gay and Patsy Blackburn of Albany; two grandchildren, Kathryn Carrick and Kayla Pruitt; and great-grandchildren, Savannah Oddo and Ally Carrick.
Lord and Stephens, EAST, is in charge of arrangements.
