Brenda Ann Johnson

Brenda Ann Johnson, 65, of Athens, GA passed away on October 13, 2026. She was the daughter of Richard Fairbank and the late Marlene Fairbank. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her stepmom, Mary Quam.

Along with her father, Brenda is survived by her two children: Darryl (April) Johnson and Megan (Robbie) King; her three grandchildren: Reese, Charlie, and Max; her two sisters: Lynne (Thomas) Wick and Michelle (John) Knox; and Darryl and Megan's father and stepmom: Larry Johnson and Kathy Brown.

She was spunky, wild, and kindhearted. Brenda enjoyed life to the fullest. She had so many adventures with friends while camping and visiting family out of state. She loved her three grandsons more than life itself, and most definitely loved her Georgia Bulldawgs.

Brenda will forever be missed, and she will be as her favorite singer says, “forever young.”
