Born on March 28, 1941, he was the son of the late Marion and Nobie Haggard Morrison. He was a retired painter.
Survivors include his wife Celia Winburn Morrison; children, Scott Morrison of Ila, Christy Morrison and Cory Morrison, both of Danielsville; sisters, Jenny Clifton, Patsy McGee, both of Danielsville and Vera Whitfield of Ila; sister-in-law, Mary Jo Morrison; grandchildren, Katlyn, Hope and Jacob.
