Mrs. Betty Louise Secrist, passed away Wednesday, July 31, 2013. The family has asked that everyone join us for a celebration of life on Monday, August 5, 2013 at Ashford Manor in Watkinsville at 4 P.M. A covered dish party will be held for all that wish to join.
Mrs. Secrist is preceded in death by her daughter Pam Secrist Kelly, grandchildren Patrick Hawkins Nunnally, and Tara Janelle Secrist. She is survived by her husband George Arlen Secrist; children Mark, Patrice, Timothy, Phillip, Rachel Copelan; 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
She will be remembered for her love of music and art by those who she taught over the years.
