Betty Kidd Pierce

Betty Pierce, 86, of Comer, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 15, 2025.

Mrs. Pierce was a daughter of the late William Kidd and Lois Ruby Kidd. She was a wonderful cook and always had a home cooked meal on the table. She enjoyed shopping at thrift stores for a good bargain, riding around with her husband selling produce and most importantly, spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earmon Jasper Pierce.

Survivors include her children, Wendell Pierce and Wanda Hart; grandchildren, Wendy Pierce, Monica Holloway, Bobby Holloway and Jeannie Kesler and great-grandchildren, Ricardo Gomez, Logan Holloway, Jose Gomez, Ronnie Williams, Aaron Williams and Colton Kesler.

Memorial services for Mr. and Mrs. Pierce will be held on Sunday, September 21, 2025 at 2:00 pm at Cedar Grove Baptist Church in Comer.

Lord and Stephens, Danielsville is in charge of arrangements.
