Betty Ann Maxey, 73, died January 31, 2010.
A native of Oglethorpe County, she was a daughter of the late Roy Chafin and Elizabeth Bonner Patton. Mrs. Maxey attended Maxey's Christian Church and Lexington E.M.C. Methodist Church.
Graveside services will be Tuesday, February 2, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Clark Cemetery with Revs. Dan Maxey and Donnie Morgan officiating.
Survivors include her husband, Meadow Maxey; daughter, Angela (Scott) Franklin of Lexington; three grandchildren, Shanna Harris, Stephanie Harris and Bryce Franklin.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
Lord and Stephens Oglethorpe Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
