Winterville - Betty Jo Thomas died May 20, 2005.
A longtime resident of this area, she was a daughter of the late Tom and Fannie Plott and the widow of Everett Andrew Thomas.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, May 24, 2005 at 2 p.m. at the chapel of Lord and Stephens, EAST. Interment will be in Arnoldsville Cemetery.
Survivors include a daughter, Marie Osmun Little of Grand Rapids, Michigan; son, Durrell E. Thomas of Winterville; sister, Flora Lee Williams of Oglethorpe County; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren; two step great-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Monday evening from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Lord and Stephens, EAST, is in charge of arrangements.
