Betty Jo Bishop Beusse, 69, of Hull, passed away peacefully on June 21, 2025.

Born in Greensboro, NC, she was the daughter of the late Herman Bishop and Pearl Haley. In her free time, she enjoyed listening to country music, dancing and loving on her fur baby lab mix, Chop; but nothing was more important than spending time with her beautiful family.

Survivors include her husband, Ronald Beusse; daughter Rhonda Thompson (Scott); son Chris Beusse (Jordan); and four grandchildren, Caleb Beusse, Sarah Bryn Beusse, Aiden Thompson, and Collin Thompson, as well as her brother Wayne Bishop.

Along with her parents, Betty Jo is preceded in death by her sisters Judy Bishop, Ruby Nell Carter, Margaret McDonald, Evelyn Holland, and Shirley Fowler.

Funeral services for Mrs. Beusse will be held Tuesday June 24, 2025, at 1:00 PM, Lord and Stephens East. The family will receive friends two hours prior until service time. Burial to follow at Hull Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Adam Bishop, Kaleb Bishop, Raymond Fowler, Walter Fowler, Randy Fowler, and Justin Fowler.
