Colbert - Bertha L. Cape, 83, died Wednesday, December 6, 2006.
Born in Clarke County, she was the daughter of the late Clark and Wretha Burroughs Crowe and widow of Henry W. Cape. Mrs. Cape was a member of West End Baptist Church. She was a nanny to many children and loved to crochet and make tea cakes.
Funeral services will be Friday, December 8, 2006 at 2:00 PM at Lord and Stephens Chapel, EAST with Revs. Robert Passmore and Tom Fish officiating. Entombment will be at Evergreen Memorial Park.
Survivors include Patsy and Johnny Doster, Kim, Robin and Kenny Collins and Polly Pittman.
Flowers are optional. Memorials may be made to VistaCare Hospice Foundation, 150 Ben Burton Road, Bogart, GA 30622.
