Bennie Aron Reynolds

Bennie Aron Reynolds, Jr., 75, of Bishop, died on Saturday, February 11, 2023 after a years-long struggle against melanoma.

Born October 15, 1947, Bennie served active duty in the US Army where he specialized in a wide variety of things including driving active tanks. After retiring from active duty he worked as a farm hand and finally settled to work in HVAC where he spent his remaining working days. Bennie enjoyed quiet days, spending time with his great-grandson, watching Old West and cowboy movies and tv shows, and listening to Country music.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary L. Reynolds.

Bennie is survived by his son, Tony Reynolds; granddaughter Krystal Reynolds; great-grandson Shane Reese; siblings: Debbie Durden, Joann Durden, and Tony Ray (Kathy) Reynolds; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at Oconee Memorial Park at 2:00 p.m. The family will receive friends at their home until service time.
