Nicholson - Audrey Lois Leggett, 76, died July 11, 2007.
Born in Jackson County, she was the daughter of the late Will and Velma English Allen. She was a member of New Harmony Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Bill Leggett; son, Jeffrey Leggett of Athens; daughter and son-in-law, Beverly and Pete Overwise of Elizabeth City, N.C.; sisters, Shirley Phillips of McDonough and Doris Allen of Columbia, S.C. and grandchildren, Anastasia Leggett, Vanessa Overwise and Kevin Overwise.
Graveside services will be Saturday, July 21, 2007 at 11:00 AM at New Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association. (800-342-2383).
Lord and Stephens, EAST, is in charge of arrangements.
