Ann Sloan Gibson, 72, wife of the late Dale Clifford Gibson, died on Wednesday, February 15, 2023.
Annie was a Kundalini yoga instructor, Reiki Master and a meditation teacher. Born in Atlanta, GA she was the daughter of the late William Lee Sloan and Vera Broome Sloan. Ann retired from the University of Georgia Disabilities Resource and Testing Center. She is survived by her brother James Sloan and her sister Kathy Sloan, her nephew Todd Stankiewicz and niece Lynne Scott as well as several other nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the UGA Foundation, University of Georgia, Athens, GA 30602, Dale Gibson Memorial Scholarship (later to become the Annie and Dale Gibson Memorial Scholarship).
