Angellina Rosa Peralta of Crawford was born September 14, 2011 and passed away October 1, 2011.
The family would like to think the staff of MCG and Athens Regional Medical Center for the care they received and a special Thank You to Dr. Cheves and Dr. Campbell of ARMC.
Baby Angellina was preceded in death by her grandfather, Howard Fowler.
Survivors include: mother and father: Jill Fowler and Miguel Peralta; maternal grandmother: Linda Fowler; paternal grandparents: Marilleo Peralta and Priscila Valsequz: sisters: Jessica Pena, Priscila Garcia and Gabriela Alejandro; brother: Jordan Alejandro as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services will be announced later.
