Columbus, GA - Alexander (Al) F. Maka, Jr., died December 28, 2010.
A U.S. Army veteran, he retired as Command Sergeant Major in 1981 following a 28 year career.
Survivors include his wife, Suellen L. Maka; children, Melissa Lord (Tom), Brian Maka (Dannielle), Susan Maka and Mary Maka; 3 sisters, 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Memorial services will be Friday, December 31, 2010 at 4:00 PM at Lord and Stephens Funeral Home, WEST, 1211 Jimmy Daniel Road, Bogart, GA 30622.
