Abbi Grace Hewatt, 20, died on Saturday, September 23, 2023. Born in Snellville, GA, she was the daughter of Jason Randall Hewatt and Tracy Marie Jones Hewatt. She was a member of Prince Avenue Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she is survived by her sisters: Hope Marie Hewatt Brown and Jenna Faith Hewatt Brother In-Law: Cole Brown; grandparents: Chip and Susan Jones and Randall and Omie Hewatt; aunt and uncle: Rev. Mark and Brandi Thomas and four cousins: Noah, Emileigh, Anna and Jeremiah Thomas. Abbi battled Rett Syndrome and LGS, but you would have never known that because she maintained a contagious smile throughout her life. Abbi was sassy and stubborn and loved people well. She was also known for her quick wit and bubbly personality. Abbi lit up every room she entered and was adored by many. A memorial service celebrating Abbi’s life will be held on Wednesday, September 27., 2023 at 11AM at Prince Avenue Baptist Church with Rev. Mark Thomas officiating. Pallbearers will be Noah Thomas, Cole Brown, Chris Harris, Jay Royal, Billy Henderson and Richard Ricketts. The family will receive friends from 6PM until 8PM on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at the funeral home. Abbi loved bright colors and the family requests that in honoring her that everyone wear bright colors to her celebration of life on Wednesday and visitation on Tuesday. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Make-A-Wish Georgia. All donations to Make-A-Wish Georgia will be dedicated to Abbi Grace Hewatt.
