Whether visible during services or their behind-the-scenes presence, all members of our staff are nonetheless critical to the day-to-day operation of our facilities. Everyone plays an equal role in ensuring our high standard of service and are vitally important to the operation of our firm.  All of these individuals make it possible for us to provide the professional, compassionate and dignified service our community has come to expect from us.

Tom Lord, Owner Licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer Tom is a 1977 graduate of Gupton Jones College of Funeral Service.  He  currently serves as Immediate Past President of Georgia Funeral Directors Association and serves on NFDA Policy Board.  He and his wife, Melissa reside in Oconee County.  They have five children and two grandchildren and are members of Beech Haven Baptist Church.

Jason Wommack, Manager Licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer Jason is a 1994 graduate of Gupton Jones College of Funeral Service and has been employed with Lord and Stephens since 1995.  He and his wife, Mandy live in Oconee County.  Jason is a member of Oconee County Rotary Club.  He enjoys traveling, motorcycle riding and UGA sports.

Dale Rogers Licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer Dale is a 2000 graduate of The Cincinnatti College of Mortuary Science.  He is a native of South Carolina and a second generation funeral director.   He and his son, Parker live in Oconee County.  Dale is a member of Oglethorpe County Rotary Club and attends Ray's United Methodist Church.

Michael Tittle Licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer Michael is a 1999 graduate of Gupton Jones College of Funeral Service.  He and his wife Cindy reside in Madison County.  They have four children and are members of Redeem Baptist Church.

James Johnson Licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer James is a 1995 graduate of Gupton Jones College.  He is a native of Habersham County and currently resides in Madison County.

Patrick Ward Licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer Patrick is a 2004 graduate of Gupton Jones College of Funeral Service.  He is a native of White County and a fourth generation funeral director.  Patrick is a Master Mason and a member of the Yaarab Shrine Temple in Atlanta.  He is a member of Cleveland United Methodist Church.

Talmadge Hall Licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer Talmadge is a 1959 graduate of Kentucky School of Embalming. From 1963 until 1995, he owned and operated Hall's Funeral Home in Franklin County.  Several years following his retirement, he began his employment with Lord and Stephens.  Talmadge has 2 children and 2 grandchildren.

Ryan Huddleston Licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer Ryan is a 2009 graduate of Gupton Jones College of Funeral Service.  He is a native of Gwinnett County and currently resides in Athens.  Ryan is a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church.
